Before making your request for a refund or replacement you must be eligible for our following conditions.
*All Pockyballs that have been damaged or broken by the user will not be exchanged or refunded
Products are refunded or replaced if:
- Your Pockyball has a manufacturing defect
- Your Pockyball has been lost, stolen or broken in transit
- The value of the order is $42 or more.

NB: After placing your order you have 24 hours to request a change or cancellation of your order, after this time your package will be marked as processed and shipped.
Modification and cancellation requests will no longer be possible once the order has been shipped.
We would like to mention that an order placed is an agreement between both parties, Pockyball and the customer. Anyone who places an order with Pockyball is obliged to respect the legal information.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to the address indicated on your package. Contact us in case of difficulties.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
